How long does shipping take?

Processing orders can take 1-2 business days, and if paying for standard shipping, customers can expect to receive their package 3-5 business days.

We ship as soon as we can. We cannot guarantee expidited shipping times. Expedited shipments will be sent out same day, if placed before 3pm EST. Otherwise, expedited shipments will be shipped the following business day.

Where is my tracking number?

You will receive an automated tracking number within the first 48 hours of placing your order. It will be sent to the email you included with the order or the email linked to your account.

Do you ship international?

At this time, we do not ship internationally. We are currently shipping to the continental United States, Hawaii & Alaska. Any orders shipping outside the United States will not ship and will be refunded.

Is my package insured?

As R3Sold.com is not liable for packages once collected by shipping services, additional insurance can be purchased via checkout to further protect your goods.
